The Delta Rockets will be returning to the Rellik Tavern on Aug 3rd, 2013. The last time we played there it was to a packed house and this next show is bound to be a humdinger. Yeah, a humdinger.
And you won’t want to miss our special guest, lead singing powerhouse Ke’Lee Bordeaux, joining us on stage!
TDR at Pepperbellys
The Delta Rockets were recently invited to participate and play a set at a benefit for PepperBellys Comedy Club in Fairfield. Along with some other great local bands, the benefit was held at the beautiful Downtown Theater on Texas St. Here’s a nice photo taken of the band at that show, just before our singer Marla Harvey made her grand entrance for the remainder of the set.
The Delta Rockets return to the Wilson Artisan Wineries and will perform this year at the flagship winery, The Wilson Winery in Dry Creek Valley on Friday night, Aug 23rd. As part of the Wilson Winery’s Summer Music Series, we’ll be playing our brand of Motown, R&B, Blues and Rock for the wineries members and friends in a beautiful setting facing the sun setting over the vineyards.

A catered BBQ by Charlie’s BBQ is also provided, and if you haven’t had their tri-tip and/or pulled pork sliders, you’re in for a treat. Join us this next Friday night for some great food, amazing award winning wines and of course, the music!
The Delta Rockets will be playing an afternoon show at the Road Trip Bar & Grill in Capay, CA.
The Delta Rockets will be returning to the Dixon May Fair stage again this year on Sunday night, May 12th, 2013. Playing from 4:30pm – 6:30pm on the Leber Garden Stage smack dab in the center of the May Fair. Bring the family and your friends out to listen to some great music that will get you moving!
Downtown Vacaville Blues Festival
The Delta Rockets will be joining an all-star listing of local bands and musicians as we perform at the annual 2013 Downtown Vacaville Blues Festival on July 6th. Held on the square in beautiful downtown Vacaville, the listing of this year’s performers is truly a terrific representation of the high quality of local talent right here in our midst. And headlining the night will be Tommy Castro and the Painkillers! Sounds like a great night of Blues, Rock, fun and friends. We’ll see you there!
The Delta Rockets will be playing this New Year’s Eve bash at Blondie’s Bar & Grill in downtown Vacaville on the night of Dec 31st. This is a big event with lots of fun stuff going on all night, including us live on the first floor, a DJ on the lower floor, food, drinks, dancing and loads of fun all the way up until midnight and beyond. You’d be hard pressed to find a more exciting and fun event to ring in the new year, so get your tickets early and let’s have some fun as we say goodbye to 2012 and hello to 2013 together at Blondie’s in downtown Vacaville.

@ Dimitri’s Lounge
The Delta Rockets returned to Dimitri’s Lounge in Suisun earlier in August to headline a show along with the Bud’E Bluz Band and Beatles tribute band “When I’m Sixty Four”. We were lucky enough to have Hillary Lee from the Loose Blues Band join us for the entire last set, along with sax man Herman Wilson. The band was eager to play this show for the local fans and some new fans in the audience. The show was quite a hit with loads of dancing and happy faces throughout the night. @ deLorimier Winery
What an amazingly fun show out at the deLorimier Winery yesterday evening! We were all amazed at how many people came out there to listen to live music on a Friday night and boy, did they come to dance! The Delta Rockets were feeling the love from the crowd and this had the effect of totally energizing the band and front man Dan Palmer as well. He was on fire singing out front, dancing with the dancers and had the opportunity to sing When a Man Loves a Woman to his wife while they danced. Awesome. Certainly some moments to remember from this one and we hope to return and do it again sometime soon. Thank you!
